We have a wonderful breakfast at the hotel then leave for a whole day of sightseeing. Our first stop is a ostrich farm. They have about 45 couples and each couple has their own pen. The eggs are taken as soon as they are laid and incubated. The females are brown and males are black. The workers don't know the ostrich sex until their feathers turn. There is a gift shop with ostrich leather products. Beautiful and expensive. I did not buy. Back on the road we encounter wild baboon, wild ostrich and antelope. We stop for lunch at the Cape of Good Hope. Remember that from school? We take a tram "funicular" to the top for the view and to see the light house. The views are breathtaking. From here we go the Penguin Rock of course to see the cute little African Penguins. Back to the hotel for dinner with some of the others. PIZZA.
